Anderson Electric started in 2020 and has been steadily growning since. We are a family-owned electrical contracting business.

A little history on Shaine Anderson. He started working in the electrical field at the end of 2005. He worked for a local electrical contractor for almost 6 years, learning residential electrical, commercial electrical, and street lighting. Then got hired to help construct the Beef Plant in Aberdeen where he learned about 480v switchgear systems and low voltage control systems. After the beef plant closed he went back into electrical construction and started wiring houses, commercial buildings, and grew in service work. After a couple years, Shaine got asked to work for the new owners of the beef plant where he oversaw 2 of the 5 maintenance departments, electrical and fab floor maintenance. There he learned more of industrial electrical and equipment troubleshooting and maintaining. After more than 5 years at the plant Shaine decided to open Anderson Electric. He saw a need in the electrical field for healthy customer relationships and strong leadership in the work place. So he took the values he had personally and applied them to his company; Integrity, Quality, Service.

Shaine loves working with customers and contractors alike. He will personally take the time to talk through what you are envisioning and help work through what your needs are. He enjoys giving ideas that fit your vision and plan for your project.

Shaine puts a strong emphasis on a healthy work environment. He invests time to train and instill leadership skills with his employees. He will often tell them that they are an investment and that he will help equip them to be the best electrican and leader they can be. Each empolyee is vetted to ensure customers safety and privacy. “A healthy employee makes for a healthy company.”

One of Shaine’s visions was to grow a company that helps others. So every month, Anderson Electric gladly supports multiple organizations that help children and others in need. ‘Destiny Rescue’, which rescues children and young adults out of sex slavery. ‘Coffee with a Cause’- from Pure Bean Roasters’, which supports an orphanage in India and helps support families on the Pine Ridge Reservation. And ‘Aberdeen South Dakota's Safe Harbor’, which provided shelter & resources for families in crisis situations. The work we do for our customers helps us support these and other great organizations!
