Shaine Anderson is the owner of Anderson Electric, a family-owned electrical contracting business located in Aberdeen, SD.

Shaine oversees every aspect of the company's operations and personally ensures that each project is approached with the companies core values in mind; Integrity, Quality, Service.

He loves working with customers and building safe, high quality electrical systems. He also enjoys training his guys and teaching about leadership in the electrical field.

Seth started his apprenticeship with us in December of 2021 while he was a senior in high school. In 2022 he went to tech school at AETech in Rapid City. Seth enjoys doing service work and troubleshooting though challenging electrical issues. He works hard and enjoys helping people which makes him a good addition to the team. Seth is one of our leads on our Anderson Electric Crew.

Josh has been an electrician since 2019. He got his electrical degree at Southeast Tech and worked during the summer as an apprentice at a local company. Josh is one of our leads on the Anderson Electric crew. His experience and hard work ethic is a good addition to the team.

“One of my favorite parts of the job is wiring custom homes and building relationships with the home owners. I enjoy being apart of building their dream home, it is an amazing feeling. With any job, starting it as a blank slate and then seeing it completed and knowing you did that is very satisfying to me.”

Matthew started working with us in 2024. Besides being a great musician, he loves building and fixing computers, cars, guitars, and anything else that can be challenging. He brings great life experience when we are troubleshooting complex issues. He is our quickest growing apprentice.

Samuel has lived in Aberdeen since 2020. He has learned a lot since he started working with us in January of 2025. He brings a strong work ethic and integrity in what he does.
